MN ICA Services

MN ICA Services

MN ICA's services address the special needs of newcomers, providing tools to facilitate their adjustment to a new life in our country.

Are You Moving Here? Visit our Immigrant Welcome Centre

If you are an immigrant to Mongolia, you may be eligible for services from our immigrant-serving agency. A Virtual Host Volunteer will be happy to answer questions about immigration and settlement in Mongolia.

Settlement Services

The MN ICA Settlement Program provides services to immigrants, refugees and refugee claimants in Mongolia. We value settlement services which are inclusive, respectful, and empower immigrants and refugees.

Mongolian Classes

This program is designed for adult newcomers to Mongolia who are eligible and want to get a job, and provides Mongolian language training from Beginners to High-Intermediate level.

Immigrant Professionals

We connect skilled immigrants with qualified local mentors to help guide newcomers along their career development path. Mentors help immigrant professionals explore the local labour market, the “unspoken rules” of the Mongolian workforce, and other career development topics in a safe environment.

Interpretation & Translation

We provide translation of documents such as birth, marriage and divorce certificates, educational documents and diplomas.

Resources

Community Service Organizations, Multicultural, Immigrant & Refugee Issues, Funders & Supporters of MN ICA, Government Public Internet Access Program, Language Schools & Institutes, and Volunteer Organizations.

Women

Make new friends, learn more about Ulaan Baatar and Mongolia, express yourself through art, and practice Mongolian.

Youth

YOUTH @ MN ICA gives newcomers and local youth a space to connect, work on homework, and get involved in the community!

Seniors

The MN ICA Immigrant Seniors’ Group and Classes serve newcomer immigrant and refugee seniors who are looking to make new friends, practice their Mongolian, have fun and learn about issues important to multicultural seniors.
